KKASC Kirkintilloch began the weekend with a valuable 16-14 victory over Welsh Wanderers. The match was competitive from the opening sprint and demanded concentration throughout. Welsh Wanderers repeatedly tested the defence and ensured the home side could never relax. KKASC responded through disciplined possession and a willingness to work for one another across all phases of play. As the game entered its closing stages, the result still hung in the balance. Key defensive stops and composed attacking play helped the team protect a narrow lead and secure an important victory.
